Speaker 0: Let me do this. Okay. So welcome officially to call number one of the content masterminds. This is three months to really help you get consistent, to nail your messaging, to like iron it out, to figure out the nuanced way that you want to communicate in your own voice using your content creator type, how you want to say what you do, the value you provide, how you're changing people's lives, how your service is different from anyone else's. This is where you are really gonna learn how to use your voice, social media marketing, to have the impact and create the business and brand that you really desire to have, right?
You want clients, you want a community, you want revenue, you want impact, you want connection, you wanna share your voice. All of these sort of goals are so connected. And in this mastermind, over the next three months, I'm gonna help you bring all of those things together. Right? Because the truth is the stronger your messaging is, the higher your sales will be.
The more true, vulnerable, relatable your content is, the deeper your relationships will grow. The more your relationships grow, the more trust you will build, the higher your revenue will be. So it's all really interconnected. Yeah? So when a lot of people say create content, get consistent, you know, the real kind of depth or the real reason that that matters below the surface aside from vanity metrics, growing your following, you know, having more eyes on your content, all of that stuff is so that you can do all of the things that really matter.
You can grow and build the trust. Right? You can develop that community. Right? People understand what you do before you even say it eventually.
Okay? That's kind of the goal, right, is that eventually you just become the known person in your community, in your industry for exactly what you do. Okay? And that means that the more you repeat the thing, the more often you say it with more clarity, with more resonance, the more people are going to be able to understand what you do and then also remember it. Pass it on.
Talk about it with their friends. Spread the word. Okay? Any questions about what what we're doing here? Or do does that make sense?
Check? Okay. Awesome. So let's cover a couple of, housekeeping pieces just so everyone knows. I'm gonna flip to my notes here quickly so that I don't miss anything.
First and foremost, our calls will be weekly for the next three months until the end of March. Most of the calls are on Mondays. There are one or two calls that are not on a Monday. So just make sure that you go into the calendar and, like, put all of these calls on your calendar. Make sure that you have your notifications turned on.
Set the reminders. A lot of people will be like, oh my god. I forgot that we had a call today. K? Try to show up for the live calls because on every single call, we're gonna be taking action.
We're gonna be creating the content together. So take responsibility, put these calls on your calendar, set the reminders. Maybe you even have a reminder go at like, set up for yourself on Sundays. Like, don't forget, you know, mastermind call tomorrow if you're someone who busy, gets distracted, or sidetracked, but try and show up live here. If you cannot show up live, all of the calls will be recorded.
They will all be stored in Kajabi, with all of the worksheets. So if you do miss a call because you're sick or there's a family emergency or you're traveling or you just don't have the energy that day, that's fine. The calls will all be here. I highly recommend watching the replays. K?
The thing about, you know, opting in, saying yes, committing to a space like this is that you get as much out of it as you're willing to put in. Okay? So the more you ask questions, the more you show up, the more you engage in conversation with others, the more questions you ask. Can't remember if I already said that. But the more questions you ask, the more information, the more feedback, the more applicable, you know, advice or direction you are going to receive in order to apply to your business, in order to help you achieve your goals.
Okay? So if you are someone who typically tends to stay quiet, who tends not to ask, who tends to be the person who, like, reads the group chat rather than writing in the group chat, I would urge you to just get a little bit outside of your comfort zone here and participate even ten percent more than you normally would and just see how you receive differently. Okay? So the chat box in our in our calls is always open. I love to see you chat.
I love the Oh my god. Like, yes, that's so me or like, wait, I don't get that. Can you can you dive deeper into that? Use your voice in this space. Part of content creation, part of social media marketing is conversation.
So bring your conversation here and practice being in this, you know, ongoing kind of conversation with people often. How does that sound? K. So Monday typical calls, all calls will be recorded. Put them in your calendar.
Prompts will be in Kajabi every week as well. Questions between calls, you can email the team, team at robin savage dot com for any sort of admin questions. You will all have discounted access to one to one coaching. If at any time throughout the mastermind, you're like, oh, I'd really like to dive deeper into that with Robin, you can email the team about that, and we'll give you discounted rates to book a one to one session. And I'm trying to think.
I think that is
Speaker 1: almost it for housekeeping. Are there any questions, or is there anything I'm missing
Speaker 0: on that front? Then we'll get the boring stuff out of the way, and we'll dive into the fun work. I think that's it. Rob? Yeah.
I'm just checking. Britney says that she is here. Oh, what? I'm just checking to see on your end. Is there, like, a let Britney into the call?
No. Okay. K. Then we'll just we'll just watch for her, because she is in the right spot, so she should be joining us right away. Okay.
Awesome. Thank you for that. Yeah. Okay. So, I'm kind of oh, there she is.
Yay. Perfect timing. Hi, Britney. I guess, can We can hear you.
Speaker 1: Okay.
Speaker 0: Hi. How are you? I am good. I am embarrassed. I did not click the button.
Oh, gosh. Don't be embarrassed. It's it's a new sort of space for a lot of people to show up, so don't even worry about it. Thank you. Alright.
Alright. We're just gonna dive in here. Okay. So one other thing that I will say, before we dive into today's sort of actions are that the whole, the goal obviously is to create content, get you consistent, get your voice out there. But every single week, we're gonna create three pieces of content.
So does everyone in here know their content creator type? Heads nod. Okay. Can you type in the chat for me what your type is? I have a pretty good guess, but I'm excited to see.
Storyteller. Storyteller. Storyteller. One, two, three, four. Okay, Carolyn.
If you haven't done the quiz yet, we'll send it over to you. Oh, you did the quiz. Oh, you did your content creator type quiz? Oh, you did the you did your whole identity report. Okay.
Your content creator type is slightly different. It's pulling out the information from your identity report and just tells you what type of, content creator type you are. So, Janine, maybe we can just send Carolyn the quiz. It takes two seconds, Carolyn. So you you won't need it for today, but we you will need it moving forward.
Okay? So we'll send that over to you. And, Rochelle, you're a strategic educator. Okay. Amazing.
So every week, the prompts that we do are going to be tailored to your content creator type. Okay? So there's a lot of thoughtful storytellers in here. And Rochelle as a strategic educator, your prompts are gonna be slightly different, but we're gonna work through all of it together in real time. So we're gonna do actual content creation together every single Monday so that you can then go forward and schedule it so that you can have three pieces of content going out every single week as your minimum, if that makes sense.
Then if you wanna be posting on the on the in between days, you will have extra prompts that you can use for those days. But the idea is that we create the content in real time, you collect feedback from me, and you have those pieces of content ready to go. Does everyone feel good about that? Okay. Who here is posting to their feed consistently three times a week already?
I see. I have new any everyone laughing. So I'm gonna go ahead and say no one. Kyle, are you? No.
Okay. So no one is currently posting. So this is a this is a leap. This is a step for everybody. And I think it's really important for us to recognize that we're all starting in the same place, right?
No one's in this room being like, Oh, I currently post ten times a week. This is gonna be easy. I'm adding these three extra prompts on so I can hit thirteen posts a week. No. We're all starting from the same place.
K? So in those moments that you feel resistance, in those moments that you feel overwhelmed, in those moments that you feel stretched beyond your capacity, or you feel a little bit timid or shy or whatever it is, fear takes over, you feel vulnerable because you're posting so much, know that there are currently six other women in the room who are feeling the exact same way as you. Right? So there's gonna be a WhatsApp chat where we all get to connect. I will not be in that chat, like, coaching.
I I won't be in there, like, every day chatting with all of you. I will be in the group, but you all have access to each other. Hey, guys. Feeling a little wobbly this morning. You know, my post went up and no one's engaging with it.
Do you mind going to comment on it? You put a link with your post in the WhatsApp group and we all go support each other. Right? Or, hey. Posted this and it's really taking off.
I'm feeling so excited and so lit up. This is so amazing. Celebrate yourself in that group. K? Share share what's working for you.
Share your little micro wins. Share your questions. What do you guys think about this post? So use that space as this sort of launching pad, yeah, to help move each other in this collective momentum. See another woman doing something even though she's scared.
See another woman, you know, having these doubts but posting anyways, and then use that as accountability to show yourself I can do this too. I can post this video of myself. Right? I can share this story. Okay?
Can we all just make a quick commitment to each other in the chat box? Just say, like, here for you. We got this. To show each other, you know, to show one another in this community that we're just not alone in this. We got this, we got this, so here for all of you.
Yeah. This is really important. Okay? Research shows that we are ten percent likely to achieve a goal on our own. We are sixty five percent likely to achieve that goal if we've made a commitment to someone that we would do it, and we are ninety five percent likely to achieve a goal if we are in collaboration with an an accountability buddy or we've told someone that we would do something.
So you have taken yourself from a ten percent likelihood that you would get consistent in content over the next three months to a ninety five percent likelihood that you will get consistent and grow over the next three months just by committing to being here with a group of other entrepreneurs who feel the same as you do and making this commitment to each other. That's an eighty five percent increase in the likelihood that you are going to grow and get done what you say you wanna get done this this quarter. That in itself is huge. No? Yes.
So this is a big commitment that you've made to each other. This is amazing. Absolutely amazing. Okay. Carolyn's a thoughtful storyteller.
I thought so. So that's great. Okay. So here's what we're gonna do. We are not creating content today.
Today, we are getting clear. We will start creating content next week. But if you're itching to create content, what I'm gonna do is share a list of prompts with you all for this week. But I wanted to take this week to set goals, to have an idea of what we're selling when we start creating content next week, to know what our actual tangible measurable goals are so that we can, really see our own growth and measure our own growth over the next three months. So who's ready to dive into some goal setting?
Amazing. Okay. Let's do it. So the first thing we're gonna do is we are going to, write down one word for how we're feeling right now. K?
I don't know if you guys can even read this. It's way too far away for you, isn't it? Yeah. You can read this back here? No way.
Wow. You guys are amazing. I mean, I'll move it a little bit closer so you can see. Okay. So we're gonna do one word transformation.
Alright? So what I wanna know in one word, if you can do it, one word is a test. One word for how you're feeling right now joining the mastermind, and then one word for how you wanna feel after. How do you wanna feel on the other side? Okay?
So one word for before, one word for after, and then in the mastermind, what we're gonna do is we're gonna bridge this gap. And if I know how you're feeling now, then the guidance that I give you is gonna help you get to here. So be as clear as you can so that I can help you bridge this gap the best that I can. One word before and after. Oh, anxious, lost, and confident.
I love that. Hopeful to confident, love. Oh, ready to action. That's a goodie. Overwhelmed to easeful and fun, love.
Anxious to flowing, amazing. Stuck to inflow. Okay. Perfect. So not a surprise that a lot of the ways that we're feeling in this moment have a lot of overlap.
Right? Anxious, scattered, overwhelmed, ready, and also inspired to gain confidence, take the action, make this easy, build the confidence, and be in flow. So we're all on this sort of same trajectory. The way that we are gonna get there is by introducing some systems. So right away, by cocreating in a collaborative space where there's accountability, we're going to create this system for you where every week you're creating three pieces of content just off the bat.
So that system and showing up here is one of the bridges that we're gonna use week after week. So showing up is imperative to building that bridge for you. K? Confidence comes from action. K?
So the more you show up to do this work, the more you show up to create content, the more confidence you're gonna build. Right? Okay. I want you to remember this word. The word that you are desiring to feel on the other side of this, whenever you feel in doubt, whenever you feel resistance, whenever you're questioning yourself, whenever you're you're in overwhelm, whenever you're thinking, oh, I'll just skip this or, oh, I won't post this or, oh, I won't do the like, go the extra mile.
I want you to write this word down, have it, like, on the tip of your brain all the time. Like, no. What I'm aiming for is confidence, and I know that confidence comes from action. What I want is for this to be easy, and the more I do it, the easier it's gonna get. What I want is for this to be fun.
The less pressure I put on myself, the more I show up and let Robin guide me, the more fun it's gonna be. K? I wanna be in flow. Okay. Well, then I've gotta know my voice.
And the more I practice my voice, the more inflow I'm gonna be. Okay? So the first step for all of you in achieving this goal is simply showing up, having the conversations, doing the work, following through. And instantly, your confidence is going to expand, your community is gonna grow, and revenue will follow because you're taking the action. Okay?
Any questions about that? No. Okay. Okay. So the next thing we are going to do, on this note is we are going to take just two minutes to write a commitment to yourself.
I think this is really important. I make promises to myself that I am unwilling to break no matter what. Whether I'm posting at ten thirty PM because my promise to myself is that I will post every day. It's a daily nonnegotiable for me. If I do if I make that promise to myself that I will post every day and then I don't post, even if it's at ten thirty at night when I realize, oh, shit.
I didn't post that post today. What happens over time, it's like have you ever heard that saying, death by a million paper cuts? Yeah. Every single time you break a promise to yourself, whether it's in life or business, but let's focus on business and specifically content creation. Right?
Every time you break that promise to yourself, you let that commitment slide, you come up with a very good excuse not to post today, not to share, not to post the sales link, not to whatever it is. You are giving yourself a paper cut. And over time, you will experience death by a million paper cuts. You will not have confidence. You will not have clarity.
It will not be easy. You will not be in flow because every single time you let yourself down, you are literally death by a million paper cutting yourselves. Okay? So what the the other side of this, the flip side to death by a million paper cuts is building your confidence, building this bridge from before to after one action at a time. So rather than cutting yourself down, selling yourself short, coming up with these micro excuses every day, why it's a better idea not to post today than it is to post.
Right? You are gonna build that confidence and it's gonna get easier and you're gonna start seeing the results and it's gonna feel more fun and all of the things. Okay? So one action at a time, and we're gonna make that commitment to yourselves right now. Okay?
So I'm gonna give you one minute, and this could be a simple promise to yourself. Like, I will show up and post three times a week with Robin's guidance. I will show up for the women in this mastermind, and I will show up for myself first because I am worth it. Okay? Whatever it is, but it's gotta be a really sincere and honest promise to yourself that you are not willing to break any longer.
Okay. I'm gonna read a couple of examples of these commitments to your before and after out loud so that you have some examples. And then if you're open to it, I would love for you to share the commitment that you've made to yourself in the chat box so so that you can speak it out loud. Right? When you speak your goals, when you speak your commitments out loud in a space of other people, this is where the accountability begins.
If you keep your commitment quiet, then when you don't show up, you're only letting yourself down. Right? But if you speak your commitment out loud in this safe space, in this room with everyone in it where we can all see it and hear it, then the accountability begins. Because when you stop showing up or when you skip a post or when you don't do what you say you were gonna do, you now have a group of women who see that. Right?
And, no, we're not gonna be mean about it, and we're not gonna call you out and embarrass you or make you feel bad or rejected. No. None of that. The point is is that you're speaking it out loud, and that that declaration gives all of us something to hold you accountable for. Right?
You can then call yourself out and be like, guys, I broke my commitment. I didn't post this week. And we can say, yeah, we noticed. And what's coming up for you? You know, we can then properly support you.
But let's create that accountability. So anyone who's willing to share, you can drop it in the chat box. Oh, yeah. And I said I was gonna read a couple of these out loud. So let me do that just to just to give you an idea.
I commit to showing up even when it's not perfect. That's one great commitment to yourself if you are someone who struggles with perfectionism. I commit to showing up even when it's not perfect. The second one, I commit to posting three times a week no matter what comes up in my life. That can be a big, big commitment for someone who's not posting at all right now or maybe posting whenever they feel like it.
This commitment, I commit to posting three times a week no matter what is a commitment to growth. It is a commitment to your goals. It is a commitment to your community. I will show up for others three times a week despite my own fear, despite my own insecurity, despite my own blank. Right?
So the the reframe of these commitments is that, yes, you're making a promise to yourself and also in committing to showing up consistently to have the conversations, to provide value, to educate, to tell your story, you're also committing to showing up to a community who is waiting for you to tell them what they don't know, to solve their problem, or to give them an invitation that they've been waiting for. Okay? And the last example is I commit to trusting myself more than the algorithm. I commit to trusting myself more than the algorithm. And this one's important because we are going to get into tracking.
We're gonna get into analytics and insights, in about five weeks from now. To start, we're just gonna post and and get into that rhythm, and then we'll start looking at numbers later. But once we get into the analytics and the insights, it's very easy to let your brain start to measure numbers and start to sort of really want to, like, tweak things or question your voice or edit your tonality or shape shift. And there's a healthy part of that, yes, to to do what you're doing better, but there is a a higher likelihood that that's when the self doubt starts to creep in, when we start to measure the data. Okay?
So we wanna find flow. We wanna get into a more confident place before we start to track and measure everything because we don't want that perfectionist tendency to override our ability to just get it done. Does that make sense? Okay. So I trust myself more than I trust the algorithm.
Okay. These commitments are in the chat. So I'm gonna read these out loud. Carolyn's, I commit to make three content pieces every week to prove to myself I can build my business as a coach and consultant. Love.
I commit to speaking from my truth and radiance and posting three times a week despite my fears, perfectionism, and procrastination. Way to name those things out loud. Also, there's power in naming the excuses and naming the reasons and the the whys behind why we aren't currently showing up. So, Kyla, my invitation for you is anytime you find yourself procrastinating on hitting post, anytime you find yourself reediting in that loop of refinement, refinement, refinement, can you, you know, set a timer, allow yourself to edit for three minutes, and then hit post when the timer goes off? Right?
Let it be good enough. So over the next three months together, we will also find ways to help you work with these sort of triggers or these old patterns that are keeping you stuck and preventing you from sharing or getting content out there. Right? Because most of it, you guys, is in our minds. Right?
The overthinking, the overwhelm, the overediting, the blah blah blah blah blah. Yeah? You said three minutes. That was such a challenge. So, like, three minutes.
No. You're right. It's like, oh, I only have three minutes to edit? Oh my god. Wait until we start creating content.
And I'm like, okay. Time's up. You know? Good enough. And then put your three minute edit timer on top of that, and it's like, okay.
Like, you know, we have we get to decide, but we also have to set limits around how long a piece of content takes. You know? I could edit a reel for ten years, but the truth is I'm not creating a mini docuseries here. I'm putting out one piece of content. You know.
And and a lot of content is, yes, quality. Quality comes from the messaging. Quality comes from, you know, refinement in those, in the way that you're saying it, in what you're saying. Yes. But once you've got it to, like, a ninety five percent, even for to begin, let's just say seventy five percent.
Like, that's a lot better than fifty percent. Right? So let's get it above the fifty percent line. Let's get it above the good enough line. And then the practice is saying this is good enough.
This is good enough. This is good enough. And then over time, you will get better. You will get more confident. You will be in more flow.
It will get easier. And then that fifty percent will become seventy five percent, will become eighty five percent, Well, you'll create a piece of content that you're ninety five percent happy with right off the bat, and then you'll just have that five percent tweak at the end to be like, oh my god. This is amazing. K? So good enough is is a standard that we can hold for ourselves.
Okay? Rochelle says, I am so committed to be here. Post three times per week. Be in it for myself and the community here. Move out of fear and insecurity.
Love that. Britney says, I will show up consistently in my own voice at least three times a week because the possibilities are too good to keep letting slip away. Like, that just needs to be on a banner. That should be the tagline of the content mastermind if I'm being honest. And I'm so glad that you named this for all of us, Britney, because you're absolutely right.
Every single time you post, you are creating an opportunity. Every time you don't post, every time you hide it in your drafts, every time you keep it in your notes folder, you are missing out on a potential opportunity that, I don't wanna be dramatic here, but could actually change your life. One conversation. You know, how many times do we hear experts say over and over again? How many times have we heard stories about people?
One person changed their life. One conversation changed their life. One invitation to get on a podcast that then went viral, that then invited them up onto stage, that then put them in touch with this person. Every post that you post is an opportunity for breadcrumbs towards more of what you want. Okay?
So I I absolutely love that commitment. Janine says I commit to going all in for twenty twenty six, to showing up even when it's not perfect, to posting three times a week with no excuses, and to following through on what I say I'm going to do to move the needle forward. Action moves the needle forward. Okay? Even when there's fear or imposter syndrome.
Anyone who has fear in this mastermind, in this space and community right now, hold put your hand up. K. Fear lives in all of us in some degree or another. Right? Our job is to walk with that fear.
Fear is in this room all the time. Okay? Fear of leadership, fear of being seen, fear of holding our ourselves in this higher state of leadership and what comes with that, fear of sharing our opinion, fear of letting ourselves down, fear of being seen by people that we went to high school with and having them judge us. Us. Like, the fears are so crazy.
So one thing that would be really helpful for you in our time together is, like, get comfortable naming that fear. Yeah. If you just name it, you could drop it in the chat box. Be like, fuck. Fear of my aunt reading this right now.
I'm not really sure. You know? We can work around that. We can walk we can walk with that fear. Let's talk about it.
What I don't want you to do is to shove that fear down and ignore it or deny it access because then it just keeps living there. Right? When you voice the fear, when you allow the fear to be here, you actually build confidence. That's when you build resiliency. That's when you build courage and bravery because you can actually see the fear and yourself coexisting and moving forward together.
So the more you name that fear in this space, the more the fear just becomes neutralized. Holy shit. I was afraid a minute ago, and then I've I've named it. And I'm like, okay. Yep.
I'm afraid, and I'm gonna do it anyways. Let's go. Right? And then we get in the, pattern. We get in the, routine of, like, working with the fear no matter what.
So fear doesn't hold you back anymore. Okay? These are great. Okay. Courage.
Yes. And I think courage is gonna be a theme, an underlying theme, if not unspoken. We might not talk openly about courage all the time, but even the act of showing up here and being present and wanting to share your voice and create content is courageous. Do you know how many billions of people on the planet want to use their voices, want to be posting content, but endlessly scroll without ever saying a word? So many.
So the fact that you're here in the first place is courageous. K? Alright. So we are going to, use these last five minutes to set some goals. And the goals, honestly, the beautiful thing about this mastermind is that it's really straightforward.
K? Yes. I'm gonna teach you strategies along the way. Yes. There will be some more complex frameworks and some nuanced, you know, messaging strategies that you're gonna learn, but the goal is very straightforward.
Post three times a week, stay consistent, master your messaging, and and the results just happen as the result of the actions that you're taking. K? But here's where I wanna go for the goals. And you will have a worksheet if you wanna kinda spend some more time with this. You'll have a worksheet uploaded to your dashboard.
Okay? But I have three questions for these goals. Let's go. You ready? K.
Let's keep this as easy as possible. First question is, what's your offer? What are you selling? This could be one thing. And, actually, it might even be best if you're get just getting into your rhythm with posting, if you're just getting into a rhythm with selling, if you're just kind of finding your footing with showing up to build your brand with consistency and committing to getting your work out there every week, having one offer to begin is likely gonna be a lot easier for you to stay committed to those goals because you're taking out the decisions and the questioning, reducing overwhelm, right, in terms of what you're talking about, who you're selling to, what the call to action is.
So unless you're really well versed with your product suite, I'm going to suggest that you start with one thing that you desire to sell throughout the mastermind. Now I will say that every single week when we sit down, this will be one of the questions that I ask you. What are you selling? Okay. So if you do have a really thorough product suite, if we've done one to one work together before Jenny and I are working on her product suite.
Right? So, Jenny, if you, for example, are like, okay. One week, I'm gonna, promote the library and the membership, and the next week, I'm gonna promote my in person, then you might have the voice for that. Right? So you can feel free to mix it up.
But if you're someone who's really just getting familiar and your product suite isn't locked in yet, then start with one offer. K? That one offer could be a sales a sales call. If you don't have a particular offer that you wanna sell yet, just get people on the phone, get in conversations with people, connect with people. Okay?
But if you have a paid offer, then what is it that you desire to sell throughout q one? You can drop it in the chat box if you'd like or you don't you don't have to. We will do this at the beginning of every call moving forward. And at that point in time, you will tell us what you're selling. Okay.
Still building. Love. So your call to action then, maybe the thing that you're selling, Rochelle, is your email list. Right? Or a free lead magnet if you have one.
Just getting people onto your email list. Getting them that one step further into their client journey into a a higher touch point with you. K? Janine, one time strategy session. Love that for you because that's gonna upsell people into all of your other offers, So that's a really genius move.
Britney, custom wedding bands, engagement rings, love. Perfect. That's probably one of your most highest price point options. And then every if you sell your highest price point option here, it's gonna trickle everyone down. They're gonna see the options of the customized engagement rings and be like, oh, I love that.
I want that. I can't afford it. What else can I afford? Right? So I love that.
Catherine, during the three months, intro posts to launch and then three color collections, love so much. Catherine, I'm gonna make a note here to share with you my, format and framework for, like, the first launch posts. Okay? That might support you with getting the brand fully launched. If that's helpful, you let me know unless you have those planned already.
Okay. And then Rochelle offer nervous system reset tips and hacks for free. Love. So educate to build. And then Jenny, the rest collective and yoga nidra teacher training, then in person bodywork and, okay, love.
Kyla one to one coaching call for my target clients to practice sales and market research. Okay. Amazing. So we all know what we're selling. This is great.
The second question is, what is your q one target? Okay. So if we were looking at q one as, you know, a dartboard, this is where you're aiming for, and, like, this might be where you land. Right? But as long as we aim for the center, we're gonna keep getting closer and closer to that goal.
Without a goal, you're gonna end up somewhere out here. Right? You're just gonna be aimlessly wandering. So we wanna give you a goal. This has to be a number.
It could be a revenue goal. It could be a number of new, new email subscribers. It could be a number of new one to one clients. I don't care what the number represents, but it has to be a number that we can measure on March thirtieth when we get there. Okay?
If you don't know your number in this moment, you can think about it. Okay? But the number is not going to tell you whether or not you've been successful. But if for some reason you aren't getting closer to here by the end of the mastermind, then we need to look at something. Something's not up something's not right.
Right? And and, actually, we'll be looking at that obviously throughout the mastermind. Like, what's working and what's not working is something that we're gonna measure as we go. K? So you're gonna write that number down.
You can keep the number to yourself, or you can think about it, meditate on it, go for a walk, think about it, consider it, but find a number that feels really good in in your body. I know we're two minutes over time. Just stick with me for a couple more minutes. We're almost done. Question three is, what will you guys are gonna hate me for this question.
What's your weekly call to action? Right? So here's what I want you to know for the next twelve weeks. You don't need twelve different call to actions. You don't need twelve different pitches.
You don't need twelve different places to be sending people at the end of every single post. You need one call to action, one pitch, one invitation, one action for people to take that you can say multiple ways in different posts, but you can direct people towards the same thing. Book a call, DM me to book a call, comment call to book a call. Like, if your goal is to book twenty sales calls, then every call to action is in one way gonna get people to book a call. So whatever your number was, whether it's ten thousand dollars and whatever you're selling, one to one coaching, well, you know your your call to action is gonna be to inquire about one to one coaching or book a consultation to get more information on my one to one coaching or comment transformation, and I'll send you the information on my one to one coaching.
You see what I'm saying? Yeah. So what's your one call to action? Catherine, for yours, since you're doing a launch, in the beginning, it's gonna be, like, follow along. Right?
The launch of the brand is gonna be slightly different than the continuation and the growth of the brand. So in the beginning, it's gonna be follow along. I'm gonna take you on an amazing journey, like, get ready. You know, the collection is about to launch. So follow along is gonna be the launch call to action to get people engaged with the brand launch.
And then once the launch is kinda behind you, then you'll get people moving into moving towards, the the sale, essentially. Check out the collection. Go go grab your blank now, blah blah blah. Right? But in the beginning, it's gonna be that, just follow along.
Hours is the launch. Alchemize your life. Right. So, Rochelle, if you're launching as well, then you're gonna be your call to action in the beginning is also gonna be follow along. K?
And, Carolyn, you're struggling? Well, actually, I didn't read your, the thing that you're selling out loud. So let me go up and see this here. Sell coaching monthly sessions for leaders who are technical experts moving to influencers without losing themselves or their edge. Okay.
So people who are in corporate looking to become more influencers. Okay. So your call to action is gonna be to your monthly sessions your your monthly coaching sessions, if that's what you wanna sell. K? So book a monthly book book a coaching session and blank.
Book a coaching session and blank. Are you ready to do this? Book a coaching session and blank. And the blanks are what we're gonna work together on inside this mastermind as we begin to create content. K?
Okay. What you're selling, what your target is, and just this call to action. I just want you to sort of sit with this call to action over the next week and get really comfortable with it. You're gonna be asking people to engage with you. You're gonna be asking people to comment.
You're gonna be asking people to book a call. You're gonna be asking people to buy from you. You know? And I want you to really allow that to just become normal for you. Okay?
So you could play with this call to action. You could just read it out loud. You can write it in a bunch of different ways. Follow along. We're gonna have so much fun here.
Right? Stay tuned for the launch of this. I can't wait to bring you blank. Really start to brainstorm the ways in which people are or, like, what you want people to get from this. Yeah.
What is it that's going to evoke their interest? K. Get comfortable asking. Without the ask, there is no engagement. There's no like, even in your in your post, and you will practice this, but, like, guys, save this.
Right? Save this post. It's gonna help you later. A lot of us can't even ask that of our audience or our community because it feels so like, you know, like, oh my god. I'm asking them to save this thing.
What if they hate it? Like, but what if they don't? What if it helps them so much and you're just giving them that cue? Oh, yeah. Shit.
I should save this. So we're gonna get comfortable asking. Right? Even when you don't get a response, we're gonna ask. And we're gonna ask, and the more we ask, the more we're gonna start to, inspire engagement and action.
Okay? Alright. Any questions? K. How are you feeling right now?
Unmute. Unmute. Unmute. Say the words. Speak it out loud.
Excited. Excited. Yeah. Me too. Great.
Inspired. Inspired. Ready to get started. Ready to get started? Yeah.
Hello. Rochelle?
Speaker 1: Oh, I'm I just felt my shoulders dropping as you were talking because I'm like, oh my god. Where do I start? And I just felt I'm like, oh, yeah. I could do that. I could do that.
So and just even having this amazing group of women, I can't wait to get to know you through this journey. I'm I just feel supported, and I always love being in a circle of other amazing people. So So I feel like this makes me more accountable. I can't hide anymore. So thanks.
Speaker 0: No more hiding. If there's one thing that does not happen in the content mastermind, it's hiding. And you know what's so funny is that I think everyone sorta comes here, like, fighting it a little bit. Like, maybe I'll still be able to hide a little bit of myself or, like, maybe I won't have to really say the thing or, you know, I'll get away with it. And, like, I just want you to know in the safest, most loving way, no.
No. You're not gonna get away with that over the twelve weeks. You know, we will start slowly, but, like, the curtain is gonna be like, hey. It's gonna be open. Okay?
Because all of the things that you want, the confidence, the ease, the fun, the flow that you have stated, your goals are for this mastermind, none of those are gonna happen if you stay, like, hidden behind the curtain. Right? So that's that's what we're here for. I'm really excited to be leading all of you. I think there will likely be more women in this room come next Monday.
So we will do introductions, and we're gonna get into content creation, next Monday. Okay. I'm gonna share a few prompts with you guys. This week, I'll drop them in the WhatsApp space just in case you're wanting to, like, start to practice or if you're wanting to start posting right away, feel free to use those prompts and just go for it. Okay?
Just go for it. Other than that, I'm really excited. It's gonna be an awesome three months. And, like, growth is not it's not a question mark here if you show up and do this work. It's not a maybe.
It's a it's inevitable. You show up and do the work, and you you will grow. And I don't know. Something about the, like, how concrete that is just feels really good for me. You know?
There's absolutely zero chance that you can't grow in these next three months if you show up and do the work. K. Okay. That's it for me. Love you all.
Thank you.
Speaker 1: See you
Speaker 0: in the WhatsApp group. See you next Sunday, and I love you. K.
Speaker 1: Bye.
